چکیده

Within the competitive global market and fast-advancing technology environment, in order to survive succeed, firms need spontaneously respond changes uncertainty of customer needs. Therefore, New Product Development (NPD) is extremely important for success firms. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has gradually entered people’s lives, consumer demand AI products increasing. Firms understand development trend consider preferences consumers AI-related under social so that suitable can be properly developed. In this study, evaluation selection operation systems a commercially available product (smart TV) studied, Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) model facilitating most system constructed. The proposed consists three phases: Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM) construct decision-making network, Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP) obtain weights factors, Technique Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (fuzzy TOPSIS) rank systems. applied select an companies use develop smart TV. results show provide systematic method helps make appropriate decisions.

INTUITIONISTIC FUZZY DIMENSIONAL ANALYSIS FOR MULTI-CRITERIA DECISION MAKING

Dimensional analysis, for multi-criteria decision making, is a mathematical method that includes diverse heterogeneous criteria into a single dimensionless index. Dimensional Analysis, in its current definition, presents the drawback to manipulate fuzzy information commonly presented in a multi-criteria decision making problem. To overcome such limitation, we propose two dimensional analysis ba...

A Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Approach with Interval Numbers for Evaluating Project Risk Responses

The risk response development is one of the main phases in the project risk management that has major impacts on a large-scale project’s success. Since projects are unique, and risks are dynamic through the life of the projects, it is necessary to formulate responses of the important risks. Conventional approaches tend to be less effective in dealing with the imprecise of the risk response deve...

Evaluation of recommender systems: A multi-criteria decision making approach

The evaluation and selection of recommender systems is a difficult decision making process. This difficulty is partially due to the large diversity of published evaluation criteria in addition to lack of standardized methods of evaluation. As such, a systematic methodology is needed that explicitly considers multiple, possibly conflicting metrics and assists decision makers to evaluate and find...
